Product features

1.    Positioning mechanism can be selected according to product characteristics: star wheel positioning or cylinder positioning.

2.    The servo motor controls the starwheel feeding mechanism, and the three roller positioning cylinder is labeled to ensure the accuracy of labeling.

3.    It can be used alone or directly with production line.

4.    Visual inspection system can be selected to automatically detect the date and batch number printed. Effectively prevent problems such as missing, wrong and re sticking caused by label roll.

5.    Memorize and store 50 groups of product parameter information to be labeled to meet the requirements of automatic labeling of round bottles with more specifications and sizes.
