Sandra is a well qualified and experienced tutor with a Masters degree in Art Design and Education together with a post graduate degree in Education, plenty of patience and enthusiasm . She has a busy full time art practice of her own and is currently working on a set of large panels based on her travels in India last winter.

The studio is light and airy in summer and centrally heated with an additional log fire in cold weather and with plenty of work space and facilities. The studio garden leads down to the River Bure and offers interesting wildlife and inspiration for your work.

There is a warm internal veranda and big sofas to relax in for a teabreak and a large kitchen for a shared lunch.

Lunch will be homemade, vegetable soup and homebaked bread, cake and fruit. If the weather is good we can eat outside in the garden by the river.

See the Contact Page on this website for a map of how to find the riverside studio which is in the heart of the Norfolk Broads at Hoveton. It is a short stroll away from the village of Wroxham with shops, post office and bank if you need them together with a petrol station a few miles down the road.

There is plenty of accommodation available if you would like to stay nearby and make a weekend break as this is a holiday boating area.

Classes are small so that you can have plenty of individual attention. Prices vary according to the materials and equipment used, click on the side panels for further details of each course.
