Visiting the studio....

Additional workshops and demonstrations to the published programme can be arranged at the studio for visiting art groups or groups of friends. Demonstrations and workshops can also be arranged at other locations. Phone Sandra or email (see Contact page) to discuss any queries or to make an appointment to call at the studio where you will be most welcome.

The Workshops...

The workshops are suitable for all levels, as class sizes are small and individual attention is given. Mixed ages and abilities within a workshop can yield some surprising results as everyone has their own unique and personal  creativity to share.  Workshops are usually 10am to 4pm. In March and May 2020 there is a choice of morning and/or afternoon.  Materials are included in the price, there is no additional supplement for working with gold leaf.

Sandra is a well qualified teacher with many years of teaching experience, and a Masters Degree in Art, Design in Education. The workshops are designed to be both informative and enjoyable with plenty of scope for people to try out new skills and to challenge themselves in a pleasant supportive environment.

To Book your Workshop...

Simply select your chosen workshop and email Sandra at who will reply with a booking form with further details. A £10 deposit per person secures a place, non refundable except in exceptional cicumstances, balance payable on arrival. Attractive personalised gift vouchers are available

Studio Comforts...

The studio is a typical Broadland riverside bungalow with a garden and slipway running down to a quiet backwater from the river Bure. Families of swans, geese, ducks, rabbits and the occasional otter will happily model for a drawing class in the garden though only the Heron seems to be able to stand still for long. Lunches and cakes are home made, let me know if there are any special diet requirements. Parking is simple, plenty of room in the gravel front of the studio bungalow and outside road. The riverside studio is warm and cosy in the winter with a good well lit workspace and plenty of tables and seating.
